OFFICE OF THE COLLEGE REGISTRAR
Office of the College Registrar at BCOHS is dedicated
primarily to the service of faculties and students through scheduling,
registration, record keeping and reporting as well as assisting the
deans and other administrative offices in their service. It seeks to
demonstrate through action, a commitment to building a sense of
community. The department is further responsible for the
administrative processes supporting the recruitment, admission,
Registration and examination of undergraduate students, teaching quality assurance processes and servicing related committees.
The Office of the College Registrar supports the instructional and
student progress endeavors of BCOHS by providing
quality services to students, faculty, academic and administrative departments, and the public. The office
supervises registration and the evaluation of transfer credit, maintain student academic records and record
grades, issue transcripts, verify enrollment and graduation, issue diplomas, assign classrooms, produce the
class schedule, schedule final examinations, provide services to veterans, and oversee production of the
Bulletin and the Degree Advice system. The office puts a premium on service and continually strives to
improve these services.
DEPARTMENT OF EXAMINATION
BCOHS Department of Examination and Evaluation is the busiest sector which is responsible for
the provision of evaluation and grading to student’s performance. Students face many challenges today
with regards to all sorts of Examinations carried out. We have overcome every challenge in our history
because of having lecturers, tutors and invigilators of good will, keen minds and strong hearts that have
always stepped forward to aid this department through perfect service and assistance to students.
Today, the BCOHS Examination Department carries forward the pride of BCOHS Tradition. Whether it is defending the student’s performance, restoring confidence among the students and administering a historic performance in the entire system. We are fortunate to have our best, experienced and brightest Administration ever.
The office of Guidance and Counseling exists within the department to serve every single student and
ensure they have what they need to succeed in their career through better performance in examinations
and all sorts of evaluation carried out. We will expect the best from each and every student and ensure fair
and effective approaches to encouraging, evaluating and rewarding superior performance and correcting
shortfalls. Finally we need to honor those best performing students who have uplifted the status of BCOHS
